When the roof of McWha Book Store in Belton was damaged by a hailstorm on March 28, 2014, the owner was unaware that a severe storm had been through the area because he was out of town. After he witnessed neighbors making repairs to their property, he inspected his roof and found damage in which made temporary repairs using an adhesive coating to cover the areas and to protect the property from further damages caused by a leaking roof.
After reporting his claim, receiving a repair allowance that was below his deductible and observing many of his neighbors installing new roofs paid for by other insurance companies he was advised by two separate people to call Property Loss Doctors for a free claim review.
