
Catastrophe adjusters are often inexperienced. Some of the storm troopers adjusting Superstorm Sandy claims have caused frustration for New York and New Jersey policyholders who deserve much better service at a crucial time.
At seminars that were held in New Jersey and in New York, Jeff Dobbins of TSSA Storm Safe played the following audio clearly demonstrating what many policyholders have been telling us about their adjustment experience so far:

Sadly, the “schmuck” description seems more appropriate than “adjuster.” Many policyholders will have no alternative but to hire their own professionals to receive full policy benefits.
